13.1 L’Acquirente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Entro questo termine l’Acquirente dovrà inviare un’email all’indirizzo orders@filybijoux.com, manifestando la propria decisione di recedere dal contratto, senza tuttavia obbligo di motivazione e procedere alla richiesta di recesso compilando l’apposito modulo sul sito www.filybijoux.com.
13.2 Il Venditore rimborserà all’Acquirente tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dallo stesso, non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ha ricevuto la comunicazione di cui all’art. 13.1, salvi costi supplementari, qualora l’Acquirente abbia scelto espressamente un tipo di consegna diversa dal tipo meno costoso di consegna offerto dal Venditore. Per tale rimborso il Venditore utilizzerà lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato dall’Acquirente, salvo diversa richiesta esplicita di quest’ultimo e a condizione che il mezzo scelto dall’Acquirente non risulti eccessivamente gravoso.
13.3 Nei successivi 14 giorni dall’invio (tempestivo) della comunicazione di cui all’art. 3.1, l’Acquirente dovrà restituire la merce a Grabat srl, Via Enrico Lansel, 28, Arezzo, AR, compilando l’apposito “Modulo resi” presente alla termine di questa pagina in formato pdf e sosterrà interamente i costi di trasporto per la restituzione dei Prodotti. La restituzione, in ogni caso, si considera tempestiva soltanto se, nei 14 giorni decorrenti dalla comunicazione di cui all’art. 13.1, l’Acquirente consegnerà i beni al terzospedizioniere.
13.4 L’Acquirente che esercita il recesso ed è nel possesso dei beni dovrà rispettare le condizioni sotto riportate: a) i Prodotti non dovranno essere stati manipolati in maniera diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento; b) il cartellino identificativo dovrà essere ancora attaccato ai Prodotti, in quanto ne costituisce parte integrante (qualora presente al momento della spedizione); c) i Prodotti dovranno essere restituiti (in unica spedizione) nella loro confezione originale, completi di tutti gli accessori spediti assieme a loro.
13.5 Qualora i Prodotti non dovessero soddisfare i requisiti di cui alle lettere a), b) e c), il Venditore potrà ritenere l’Acquirente responsabile della diminuzione del valore dei beni restituiti (fatta comunque salva la rivalsa per l’Acquirente sul terzo-spedizioniere).
13.6 Il Venditore, una volta ricevuti i Prodotti, informerà l’Acquirente per e-mail, (all’indirizzo fornito ai sensi dell’art. 4.4) e, con la stessa comunicazione, segnalerà all’Acquirente gli eventuali difetti/vizi riscontrati.

13.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Within this period, the Buyer must send an email to orders@filybijoux.com, expressing his / her decision to withdraw from the contract, without, however, having to give reasons and proceed with the withdrawal request by completing the appropriate form on site www.filybijoux.com.
13.2 The Seller will reimburse the Buyer all payments received by the same, no later than 14 days from the day on which he received the communication pursuant to art. 13.1, subject to additional costs, if the Buyer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the Seller. For this repayment the Seller will use the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless otherwise explicitly requested by the latter and on condition that the medium chosen by the Buyer is not excessively burdensome.
13.3 In the following 14 days from the (timely) sending of the communication pursuant to art. 3.1, the Buyer will have to return the goods to Grabat srl, Via Enrico Lansel, 28, Arezzo, AR, filling out the special "Returns Form" on the page http://www.filybijoux.com/contatti e will fully bear the shipping costs for returning the Products. The return, in any case, is considered timely only if, in the 14 days starting from the communication referred to in art. 13.1, the Buyer will deliver the goods to the third-carrier.
13.4 The Purchaser who exercises the withdrawal and is in possession of the goods must comply with the conditions below: a) the Products must not have been handled differently from those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; b) the identification tag must still be attached to the Products, as it is an integral part (if present at the time of shipment); c) the Products must be returned (in a single shipment) in their original packaging, complete with all the accessories shipped with them.
13.5 If the Products do not meet the requirements of letters a), b) and c), the Seller may hold the Buyer liable for the decrease in the value of the returned goods (without prejudice to the compensation for the Buyer on the third-shipper ).
13.6 Once the Products have been received, the Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail, (at the address provided in accordance with article 4.4) and, with the same communication, will inform the Buyer of any defects / defects found.
